About Garret Van Horn

My family has been involved in Construction Design, Consultation,
Project Management and Real Estate for over 70 years.
We must be doing it right...

Building everything from residential homes, commercial buildings to a US Embassy in Africa.

FAMILY HISTORY

Garrett D. Van Horn is a fourth generation Real Estate Developer,

Construction Manager, Builder, and Architectural Designer.

The Van Horn family tree has a great American Generational History dating back to Arthur Middleton of the Continental Congress and Wheaton Lambert of Lambert Laboratories of St. Louis, MO (Listerine).

William Cornelias Van Horn of the Canadian Pacific Railway was credited for bringing the
west coast of Canada to Montreal and Eastern Canada.

Garrett has made an effort to honor his history and give thanks to his Great American History.

Every project starts with a consultation with myself to review the scope of your project.

2. PROPOSAL & ESTIMATE

Initial project estimates are developed and reviewed with clients to ensure goals are in line with finances.

3. PRELIMINARY DESIGNS

Initial design concepts are drafted and presented to the client for approval.

4. PERMITS & FILING

Building plans are finalized and submitted to the building department along with any necessary permit applications.

5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Garrett Van Horn will be available to answer any questions and address any concerns during the construction process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
